The US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Federal Code of Regulations, Title 2, Subtitle A, Chapter 11, Part 200, more commonly called the Uniform Guidance, provides administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for federal awards. The Uniform Guidance is often supplemented with agency specific guidelines from the agencies below.
The National Science Foundation provides a Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG). The PAPPG, in conjunction with NSF’s Grant General Conditions, serves as the Foundation’s implementation of the Uniform Guidance.
